Personal Assistance Scheme

Hull Theatres are committed to ensuring that all customers can access our events and offer a scheme to support customers who would not be able to attend our venues without the assistance of an essential carer.

Applications will be reviewed according to eligibility and a decision made within 14 days. Please do not reserve or purchase tickets before approved as refunds will not be given.

In certain circumstances advice may be taken from the Hull City Council Disability Access Officer.

Carers are expected to be responsible for the disabled customer at all times during their visit. Please speak to our front of house team for information on our facilities and evacuation procedures.

If you have any other requirements please email box.office@hcandl.co.uk or telephone our Box Office team on 01482 300 306 to discuss these further.
