We've been waiting patiently in the wings for the time you can all take your seats once more and we're delighted to announce that the time is almost here.
In May 2021, after more than 12 months in the dark due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Hull New Theatre is throwing open it's doors and raising the curtain on The Prologue Series: A Covid Safe Season.*
Produced in-line with the latest Government advice ensuring the continued safety of valued patrons, visiting companies, performers and staff; this special season features a selection of cabaret, comedy, music and drama that reflect the world-class performances audiences have come to expect and love from Hull New Theatre and Hull City Hall.

* The Prologue series has been made possible thanks to a successful bid for a share of the Government’s £1.57 billion Culture Recovery Fund (CRF) to help Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre face the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic and to ensure they have a sustainable future #HereForCulture.

Should the events not be able to go ahead as planned on the original dates, every effort will be made to reschedule and tickets will remain valid. If customers cannot make the new date or the event is cancelled they will be entitled to a credit/refund.
