Personal assistant scheme
Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre are committed to ensuring that all customers can access our events and offer a scheme to support customers who would not be able to attend our venues without the assistance of a carer.
Please complete the form below with relevant eligibility to apply to join the scheme and return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each application will be reviewed by management and a decision made on eligibility. We advise that this process can take up to 14 days so it is recommended that tickets are not reserved or purchased before approval is given as refunds will not be given on any tickets purchased at full price.
In certain circumstances advice may be taken from the Hull City Council Disability Access Officer.
Carers are expected to be responsible for the disabled customer at all times during the visit, please speak to our Front of House team for information on our facilities and evacuation procedures.
If you have any additional needs which are not covered by this scheme please contact our Box Office team on 01482 300306.
Please note the scheme is currently under review and an updated scheme with be launch in April 2018
